Our Delicious Story
Originally from California, we transplanted in 2009. We operated a successful Catering Business for approximately 15 years. For many years we have fed the multitude, Family, Friends, Neighbors Shut in’s from church and Catering Events. Food has always been our passion, learning to BBQ all the famous cuts of meat on our self made smoker. After moving to Tennessee we were recruited to create and run the local dining services of our local university as a self op after contracting food services from other companies. After 4 years we purchased one of the finest Kitchen on Wheels available. Intentions were to find a local spot to set up in the area and offer some of the fine American cuisine. Sometimes life sends changes, so we have only been able to do catering and special events as available. We hope to serve you soon.
